Before I stepped into the role of a TKC analyst, I wasn’t aware of the fun, excitement, challenges and to top them all learning, which was in store for me.

As may be the case with any other professional, I walked into the office on the first day, holding onto a lot of apprehensions and “What and How”. This was more so because the job I was getting into, was different from what I have been doing in the past, with the only common link being Research and Report writing.

I thought that my wait to know about my job in details would be over, the moment I reported for work on day one. But then I had to wait, as I realized that there was something more important in store. This had to do with the orientation, to build an understanding about Technopak as a company, its vision, mission, and areas of work. The three day event passed quite fast. On the last day, I finally got a chance to meet the head of my vertical, and rightfully so, as the work I was getting into encompassed, works being done at other verticals, and it was important to understand them, before understanding my vertical’s works.  The orientation ended with a buddy lunch with one of my vertical mate.
